The brief given to the architects was that the design needs to be fresh and lively, and would remain attractive for decades to come. Thematic elements are drawn from French Provencal architecture, where the architects have applied South African form and identity |

The Development will be surrounded by a perimeter wall with electric fencing. |
 24 HOUR GUARDHOUSE |
There will also be a 24-hour guard and guard house at the entrance which will be manned by South Africa’s most recognised security company, ADT. |
