| Who would have wanted to be a property developer in the last year?
2009 has changed certainly the rules of the game. Historically when developing property you just had to put up a “For sale” board and the magically all the units would sell.
Now days – things are not so easy . The vast majority of development companies went under in 2009.
I am proud to say Redcon is as strong as ever.
How?
Rentals, rentals, rentals. Our units are in strong demand. If our clients can’t buy from us then they are more than happy to rent. Our dedicated rental teams are doing great work, making the assets work for both us and our investors.
The other thing 2009 taught us is to refine, reprice and improve our product. We really are delivering the best product, at the best price.
We look forward to taking Redcon through 2010, and into the next property cycle. The right product at the right price and marketed in the right way will always have a market. We look forward to strengthening our brand in a time where our competition are holding back.
